we will set you up for success with healthy sleep foundations because simple changes such as the sleep environment, schedule, and routines can really make all the difference. We start here so you can begin to stress less right away and stop questioning, “what am I doing wrong?”.
we will teach your child how to be an independent sleeper because if they can put themselves to sleep at bedtime, it will make your entire evening easier on everyone! It will also help them to have longer stretches of night time sleep so you can get those long stretches of sleep too and wake up more energized.
In order to do this we will develop a plan aligned to your specific goals to also reduce night wakings and safely reduce night feeds so that your baby can stop needing you in order to sleep and you can see what it feels like to get a full night’s rest again!
This is used to design an individualized Sleep Plan for your child. These are usually 18-25 pages long and will include everything you need to know to start making the necessary changes and reach your goals.
We schedule your first Phone Consultation to review the plan and ensure you feel comfortable and confident getting started! This is the perfect time to ask anysleep questions the plan did not answer for you.
You’ll have Three weeks of daily support and troubleshooting through Voice & Text messaging to guide you every step of the way! My clients usually reach their sleep goals in 1-3 weeks.
Two 30-minute sleep consulting conversations as needed to use within one year! This is unique but crucial since most children will go through 2-3 sleep regressions in a year and we want to be there to support you in getting back on track without you paying another dime.
