Sleep Assessment Questionnaire

This is used to design an individualized Sleep Plan for your child. These are usually 18-25 pages long and will include everything you need to know to start making the necessary changes and reach your goals.

Phone Consultation

We schedule your first Phone Consultation to review the plan and ensure you feel comfortable and confident getting started! This is the perfect time to ask anysleep questions the plan did not answer for you.

Three Weeks of Support

You’ll have Three weeks of daily support and troubleshooting through Voice & Text messaging to guide you every step of the way! My clients usually reach their sleep goals in 1-3 weeks.

Follow Up Support

One year of follow up support as needed! This is unique but crucial since most children will go through 2-3 sleep regressions in a year and we want to be there to support you in getting back on track without you paying another dime.

What is your success rate with The All Inclusive?

Most families reach their sleep goals in 1-3 weeks. After working with 150 families, we’ve never had a family stay committed to the program and NOT reach success within 3 weeks. 

Do you only work with breastfeeding families?

No! It is something we specialize in but about 40% of our clients are feeding using formula or have already weaned from breastmilk/formula.
